(1) Ladle turntable. The ladle turret can quickly change the ladle to meet the requirements of multiple furnace continuous pouring. Using ladle turntable, the time for changing the ladle can be shortened to 40-50s.

(2) Tundish . The tundish is a device used for the transition of molten steel between the ladle and the Crystallizer. It is used to stabilize the steel flow, reduce the erosion of the copper flow on the billet shell in the Crystallizer, and is beneficial to the floating of non-metallic inclusions and improve the quality of cast slabs.

(3) Tundish car. The tundish carrying equipment includes a tundish car and a tundish turntable.

(4) Crystallizer vibration device. The purpose of the Crystallizer vibration is to prevent the bond between the green shell and the Crystallizer from being pulled apart.

(5) Secondary cooling device. The cast slab with liquid core drawn from the crystallizer is directly cooled by water or gas-water in the secondary cooling zone to accelerate solidification, and enters the tension correction zone.

(6) Drawing and straightening device. In the casting process, it can overcome the resistance of the Crystallizer and the second cold zone, and smoothly pull out the cast slab.

(7) Induction bar device. The pilot bar is to block the lower mouth of the Crystallizer before pouring, and solidify the molten steel on the head of the pilot bar.

(8) Cast billet cutting equipment. The cutting equipment cuts the casting billet to the required length during the traveling process.

 

(9) Crystallizer. The Crystallizer bears the molten steel injected into the tundish and is an important equipment for completing the casting task. Its function is to ensure that the thickness of the crystallizer shell is reserved at the highest possible drawing speed, to prevent leakage, and the thickness of the periphery of the cast slab must be uniform.
